Sandhu, Advocate for the respondent. ***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 31.08.2020, whereby the application for preponement of the petition for recording second motion of the parties by waving of the statutory period of six months has been declined.
Conceededly, the next date of hearing before learned Family Court is fixed for 11.03.2021, therefore, there is no justification to entertain the present petition at this stage.
However, learned Family Court is requested to record the statement of the parties for second motion on the date already fixed i.e. 11.03.2021 or within three days thereafter, if there is no legal impediment. Disposed off in the above terms.
