Dated Police Station Sections 31.08.2023 Bhondsi, District 186, 353, 332, 467, 468, 471, 420, 201, 120-B Gurugram IPC and Section 42 of Prisons Act and Sections 7, 8, 13(1) of PC Act Seeking quashing of above captioned FIR, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition was drafted on 28.05.2024 and on 06.06.2024, charges have been framed, as such he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the charges. 3.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that time for which the present petition was pending, shall not be counted for the purpose of limitation and the limitation shall start from tomorrow i.e. 06.08.2024.
