***** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL , J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that inadvertantly certain documents and the photographs could not be appended along with the writ petition showing that the construction was raised before the issuance of notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and also the photographs supporting the class of construction. He prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing details with regard to the construction.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case such a writ petition is filed, the office is directed to tag the record of the instant petition.
