Learned State counsel submits that the alleged detenues were not found to be in illegal custody of respondents No. 4 and 5 and joint statement of various persons including Ms. Champa wife of the petitioner was recorded. He has placed on file copy of that statement. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the alleged detenues have been released, he does not want to proceed further with the present petition and he be permitted to withdraw the same. Dismissed as withdrawn.
