As per reply filed by Amandeep Kaur, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Attari, District Amritsar, Satinderpal Singh and Baljinder Singh @ Laddi, both sons of petitioner Balwinder Kaur have been arrested by the police of Police Station Meharban Pura, District Ludhiana in case bearing FIR No.272 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, on 03.11.2017. Both are now in judicial custody in Central Jail, Ludhiana. In view of reply filed on affidavit, no further action is required. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
