(Oral) At the very outset, counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already been acquitted by the Trial Court, therefore, present petition seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise, has been rendered infructuous, and may be disposed of as such. Said fact is not disputed by counsel appearing for respondents No.2 & 3, as well.
In view thereof, present petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
