Present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India along with Section 3(1)(c) of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988 directing the respondents to release the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of two weeks, but still he is not being released.

In view of above, respondents No.3 & 4 are directed to issue release orders of the petitioner as per rules in case there is no further legal impediment.

With the observations made above, present petition stands disposed of.
