H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if she is is ordered to be sent to the venue of marriage in custody. I find such request to have merit.

Accordingly, the petition is dispose of directing the Superintendent, Central Women Jail, Ludhiana, to make necessary arrangements to take the petitioner to the venue of marriage at Purewal Palace, Nakodar Road, Sarinh Shankar, District Jalandhar, on 12.12.2017 from 9.00 A.M. till 5.00 P.M. The expenses of transportation shall be borne by the petitioner. A copy of the order be given to the State counsel under the signatures of the Bench Secretary of this Court for compliance. ( H.S.
