 Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227of the Constitution of India for modifying/ setting aside the impugned order dated 20.08.2020 passed under Guardian and Wards Act (case No.29/2019 titled as Jagmeet Singh Vs. Lakhbir Kaur) by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court concerned for any clarification regarding place as well as timing for meeting of the parties.
