******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Neelam Rani, the alleged detenue, is present in Court and submits that she has married respondent no. 4-Buta Singh and is presently living with him.

One Manpreet Kaur, claiming herself to be first wife of respondent no. 4-Buta Singh, is also present and states that she married Buta Singh about 16 years back and has a child from this marriage. Now Buta Singh dumped her and turned her out of the matrimonial home after giving beatings.

The alleged detenue does not want to accompany petitioner, her father.

On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, parties are sent to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, where petitioner can have a talk with detenue-Neelam Rani.
