Mr.Vaibhav Sharma,DAG Punjab for respondents. Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner, working as Medical Officer (Dental) in Civil Hospital, Samana, District Patiala, prays for a writ of certiorari quashing transfer order dated 31.5.2016(P-1) and relieving order dated 6.6.2016(P-2) whereby petitioner was transferred from Civil Hospital Samana,Distt.Patiala to School Health Clinic,District Faridkot vide respondent no.3, allegedly under political pressure.

Vide order dated 17.6.2016, notice of motion was issued and impugned orders were stayed till today.

As per office report service is complete.

None has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.3. At the time of hearing,learned Deputy Advocate General states at the Bar that the impugned transfer order P-1 stands cancelled. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by learned State counsel.

In view of the above,present writ petition has become infructuous.

Disposed of as infructuous.
