***** SANJIV BERRY, J. (ORAL) At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that the prosecution has examined all the witnesses and the matter is now pending for defence evidence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed this fact and submits that keeping in view the fact that the prosecution has already examined all the witnesses, he seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage, however, sought indulgence of this Court to ask the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial.

In view of the statement, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
