NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2018 and notice is yet to be issued in the same. Further, perusal of files shows that on the last date of hearing i.e. 26.08.2022, the petitioner had gone un-represented. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
