(Oral) The present writ petition has been filed against the impugned show cause notice dated 30.06.2015 (Annexure P-3), issued to the petitioner under Section 261 of Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994. Without submitting her response to the impugned show cause notice, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. The present petition is thus premature.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to respond to the show cause notice dated 30.06.2015 (Annexure P-3) by filing a reply.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to add that the decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner and if the decision is not to the satisfaction of the petitioner, she would be at liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
