Dated Police Station Sections 04.04.2023 Uchana, District Jind, Haryana 420, 409 IPC (Sections 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act added later on) 1.

The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 06.06.2023, Coordinate bench of this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner, which was continued on 12.07.2023. On 29.08.2023 and on 01.09.2023, this Court extended the interim order subject to complying with some conditions.

Petitioner's counsel submits that they have not only complied with the previous orders but also returned the entire money.

On instructions, counsel for the State has not disputed the contention made by counsel for the petitioner.

In the entirety of facts and circumstances, interim order dated 06.06.2023 is made absolute. Consequently, the petition is allowed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
