Heard the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners.

On asking of the Court Mr. Ankur Mittal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana took notice for respondents 1 to 4. The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 1 and 2 have decided to change the nature of the land in dispute. It is submitted that in a similar case in CWP No. 26815 of 2015 decided on 22.12.2015, this Court having directed the Principal Secretary as PARVINDER SINGH 2016.06.22 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 12655 of 2016 well as the Deputy Commissioner concerned to consider the objections raised by the petitioners therein and pass a speaking order in accordance with law, ordered status quo to be maintained regarding change of any purpose of land.

Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners submits that similar order may be passed.

Considering the limited prayer now submitted by the petitioners, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider Annexure P6 submitted on 1.4.2016, advert to the objections raised therein and pass a speaking order in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Till then status quo regarding change of any purpose of the land is ordered to be maintained.
