**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is the second petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to register an FIR against the accused on the basis of complaint (Annexure P-1) and MLR dated 31.8.2019 (Annexure P-4) and to hand over the investigation to any senior police officer or some independent investigation agency. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the MLR dated 31.8.2019 (Annexure P-4), injured Jhuru has suffered two injuries i.e. one blunt and one sharp injury. She further submits that the petitioner has also made a representation dated 16.9.2019 (Annexure P-3) to Superintendent of Police, Nuh-respondent No. 2 but no action has been taken on the same so far.

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has also filed a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Illaqa but due to Covid-19 pandemic, the same has been got dismissed as withdrawn and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by GURPREET SINGH 2021.09.

CRM-M No. 35084 of 2021 -2this Court on 17.8.2021 on the statement of Sub Inspector Khem Chand that the matter has been compromised between the parties but in fact, no compromise has been arrived at between the parties. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the present case, the alleged occurrence took place way-back in the year 2019. Earlier the petitioner has approached this Court by way of CRM-M-31781-2021 on the same cause of action. On 17.8.2021, learned State counsel on the instructions from Sub Inspector Khem Chand, submitted that with the intervention of the respectables and members of panchayat, compromise had been effected between the parties and thus, the said petition was dismissed by this Court on 17.8.2021. Though as per the learned counsel for the petitioner, the compromise has not been effected in the present case, yet the incident relates to the year 2019. Moreover, the complaint filed by the petitioner before the Illaqa Magistrate was also got dismissed as withdrawn for the reasons best known to the petitioner.

Keeping in view the above, no interference by this Court is called for.

The petition is dismissed.
