******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the detenue-Aarti has since been recovered and is presently living with her parents. The police has registered an FIR in this case and respondent no. 4-Naresh has been arrested in that case on 19.12.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition as detenue-Aarti is presently living with petitioner.
