HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KULDEEP TIWARI

Present:

Mr. R.S. Mamli, Advocate for the petitioners.

Mr. Bhupender Singh, Addl. A.G., Haryana.

None for the respondents No.2 and 3.

*** KULDEEP TIWARI, J. (ORAL) 1.

Through the instant writ petition, a prayer has been made for setting aside the orders dated 05.07.2024 and 06.03.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Fatehabad.

2.

On the previous date of hearing, i.e. 17.02.2026, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 had apprised the Court that a compromise had been effected between the parties, whereupon learned counsel for the petitioners sought an adjournment to have appropriate instructions regarding compromise. 3.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has been telephonically informed by the petitioners that the matter stands settled and a compromise has indeed been effected between the parties, although a copy of the compromise deed has not yet been supplied to him. CWP-14012-2025 4.

In view of the above, it appears that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and the dispute stands resolved amicably. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed at this stage, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for revival of the writ petition, in the event the cause of action or any grievance subsists.
