The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release payment with respect to work carried out by it for the respondent. 2.
Learned State counsel submits that admitted liability would be discharged within three months from today subject to verification. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent may be subjected to interest @ 6% per annum from the date of passing bills.
