(Oral) This is a writ petition for issuance of a direction to the State of Punjab through Director General of Police, Prisons, Chandigarh, Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda, District Bathinda and Superintendent, Central Jail, Bathinda, to extend the parole granted to the petitioner, which was from 2.11.2017 to 14.12.2017. The petition is disposed of with the observation that if the petitioner submits a representation to the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bathinda, the same may be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
