' *    *   *    %   (   (     '' *''%(' Learned State counsel points out that Tannu, the alleged detenue, in her statement attached with the aforesaid status report as Annexure R-1, has specifically stated that she, after leaving her matrimonial home on 28.07.2021, is residing happily with her parents and does not want to join the company of her husband-the petitioner. The statements of parents of Tannu were also recorded; wherein they have specifically stated that they have no objection, if their daughter-Tannu wants to reside at her in-law house.

= I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have also gone through the paper-book.

Since Tannu herself does not want to join the company of her husband and is happily residing with her parents at parental house, therefore, no further orders are called for in the present petition. The present petition is dismissed.
