MAHESH GROVER, J. (Oral) We have already passed orders directing the jail authorities to take proper care of the petitioner. We, therefore, feel no necessity of passing any further direction. The petition for extension of parole was declined only in October, 2017. Therefore, if the petitioner has any grievance regarding non-compliance of the directions given by this Court, he would have remedies in law. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid granted.
