(Oral) CRM-W-47-2018 Reply field, in which it is stated that as per medical report of the Jail Medical Officer, the petitioner was diagnosed with Renal Stone Disease and his surgery was postponed due to his recurrent complicated urinary tract infection; that now department of Urology, PGIMER, Chandigarh has given date for surgery for admission as 27.3.2018 and the patient would be sent to the Department of Urology, PGIMER, Chandigarh, for his surgery. The apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents may not allow the indoor admission Banita Chugh 2018.03.15 13:31 I am the author of this document

CRWP No. 1500 of 2017 -2of the petitioner for the surgery, as has been done earlier. Whereas, Learned State counsel submits that the respondents would not raise any objection to the admission of the petitioner in the hospital for the purpose of surgery. Let it be so done, so that surgery can be performed upon the petitioner in a proper and appropriate manner. Then he be allowed to remain admitted in the PGIMER, Chandigarh, as per medical advice and he be brought back as and when the doctors at PGI, Chandigarh, give permission for doing so. With such observations, the present application stands disposed.

CRWP-1500-2017 On oral request made by counsel for the petitioner, the case is taken up on Board today itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh one, if need be, at a later stage. Allowed.
