SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct fair, impartial and unbiased investigation in FIR No.08 dated 26.01.2025 under Sections 333, 329(4), 115(2), 351(2), 324(4), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 by considering the representation dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-10). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-10) within a time bound manner. 3.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-10) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

A copy of order so passed by supplied to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
