(ORAL) The petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to decide the appeal/representation dated 25.10.2020 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have been working for over 21 months as Sweepers but later on they were not allowed to work. He also states that petitioner No.1 has sent a representation (Annexure P-2) in this regard to the respondents and prays that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the same. He also states that the petitioners may be permitted to file a supplementary representation.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Mr. Kapil Bansal, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1, 2, 5 & 6. Mr. Pritam Saini, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.3, 4 and 6.

The petitioners would be permitted to file a supplementary representation within a period of 10 days. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-2) and the supplementary representation, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
