******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.144 dated 28.09.2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 473 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.
Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Anil Kumar submits that though there is no order directing the petitioner to join the investigation but in view of order dated 24.06.2019, petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required for the purpose of further investigation.

In the event of arrest of petitioner being required, he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer. However, he shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2)(i) to (iv) Cr.P.C. failing which he shall loose the benefit of bail allowed to him.
It is, however, made clear that in the event of petitioner not surrendering before the Investigating Officer within two weeks, the order allowing bail to him shall stand withdrawn automatically. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) July 18, 2019 JUDGE Sachin M.
