On September 05, 2016, the following order was passed:- "In pursuance to the order dated 25.07.2016, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced one demand draft bearing No.254440 dated 08.08.2016 amounting to ` 2 lacs in favour of the respondent-Bank in Court today. Photocopy of the same is retained in the record.

The original demand draft has been handed over to Mr. I.P.S. Doabia, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3-State Bank of India. The same has been accepted and shall be encashed without prejudice to its rights in the pending writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in terms of order dated 25.07.2016, the balance amount of ` 13 lacs shall be deposited with the respondent-Bank Rishu Kataria 2016.09.22 12:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite the case having been called twice. The demand draft of the balance amount of ` 13 lacs as undertaken by learned counsel for the petitioners on 05.08.2016 has also not been produced today.
