(ORAL) Counsel for petitioner has attempted to make out a case by referring (Annexure P-1) dated 9.8.2018 whereby petitioner in compliance of order dated 27.07.2018 had joined Government College, Rithoj, Gurugram and order dated 7.6.2019 (Annexure P-4) whereby petitioner has again been transferred from GCW, Sector 14, Gurugram to GC at Farrukhnagar (Gurugram).

It is too late to challenge transfer, as impugned order has already been implemented. Impugned order is dated 7.6.2019 whereas petition has been filed on 14.06.2019 and till date, there is no interim order. It is not a case of inter-district transfer but only intercollege transfer in same very district. No ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
