***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of the alleged detenue namely Sonia from the illegal detention of respondents No.5 and 6.

Learned counsel for U.T., on instructions from SI Davinder Singh, submits that the alleged detenue has been recovered. Her statement has been recorded. According to her, she is not in illegal detention and, at present, she is living with her husband on her own free will. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
