-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Challenge in present petition is made to transfer of petitioner from Dronacharya Government College, Gurugram to Government College at Farukhnagar, Gurugram.

Counsel for petitioner submits that Transfer Policy of 2018 envisages that a person retiring in one year cannot be transferred.

I am afraid aforementioned argument would not be sustained, as is is only an inter-college transfer in Gurugram. No ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
