(Oral) The petitioner feeling aggrieved against the order dated 22nd April, 2015 (appended as Annexure P-17), passed by respondent No.1, whereby, the Original Application (O.A.) filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. Further challenge has also been made to orders dated 08.12.2010, 19.09.2011 & 09.02.2013 (appended as Annexures P-8 to P-10, respectively), passed by respondent No.4.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the office memorandum dated 16.01.2013 and urged that on the basis of the same, the claim of the petitioner cannot be rejected. On a query being put to the learned counsel for the petitioner, whether this fact was brought to the notice of respondent No.1, he prays that he may be Jawala Ram 2017.09.05 12:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to
CWP No. 13672 of 2015 - 2 - approach respondent No.1 by moving a review application in the Original Application. The aforesaid memorandum dated 16.01.2013 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
