(Oral) The petitioners have filed the present writ petition inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to quash the Award dated 22.04.2021 (Annexure P-15) passed by respondent No. 1 and published in the Chandigarh Administration Gazette on 25.05.2021 whereby reference regarding dispute pertaining to punishment awarded to petitioner No. 2 by respondent No. 2-Management has been arbitrarily decided against the petitioners. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
