Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the action of respondents while not permitting the petitioner to join at place of his transfer made vide order dated 07.01.2022 (P-1). Learned counsel for the parties jointly stated that grievance of petitioner stands redressed, therefore, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
