Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 06.12.2021, passed by Ld. JMIC, Dasuya (Annexure P-2), vide which, Ld. JMIC, Dasuya summoned the petitioners as additional-accused to face trial in case i.e. CHI/104/2019 arising out of FIR No.159, dated 22.10.2017, u/s 406, 420, 465, 468 of IPC, registered at Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, in an application u/s 319 Cr.P.C. filed by the State (respondent No.1 herein) against the petitioners on the basis of statement of respondent No.2 (PW-2) suffered in examination-inchief. 2.
