Gurbhejsher Singh @ Yug was enlarged on bail by the trial Court itself as he was apprehended at the spot during the raid. The petitioners herein were booked on a secret information but could not be arrested. In order to ascertain the involvement of others and unearth the deep rooted nexus through which allurement is made to push girls into loathsome evil environment of debauchery and exploitation, which is a crime against society at large and therefore, the custodial interrogation of petitioners is essential, hence they are not entitled to the relief claimed herein. 6.

In light of the above discussion, the instant petition is liable to be rejected and is dismissed as such.
