This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.59 dated 09.03.2025 under Sections 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 and Sections 3, 4(1), 5, 13(1), 13(2) of Haryana Gauvansh and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and Sections 61, 281, 125, 347(1) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Beri, District Jhajjar. 2.

Status report by way of an affidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime Jhajjar, District Jhajjar on behalf of respondent-State has been filed and the same is taken on record.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
