Heard the submissions made by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner.

We find that even without making any representation to the 1st and 2nd respondents, it appears that the writ petitioner has directly approached this Court invoking the writ jurisdiction Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make a representation to the 1st and 2nd respondents.

In view of the above limited prayer, now being submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, permission as sought for is granted.
