Undisputedly, statutory appeal of respondent No.3 is pending consideration before respondent No.1. In this view of the matter, if the petitioners are feeling aggrieved against the stay order in favour of respondent No.3, they would be at liberty to approach the appellate authority by moving an appropriate application in that regard. With the abovesaid observations made, present writ petition stands disposed of.
