(Oral) The present petition has been filed because the revision petition filed challenging Sanad issued in the partition proceedings has not been taken up for preliminary hearing. The revision petition was filed on 5.5.2022 and it was supposed to be listed on 14.7.2022, however, it has been adjourned to 3.8.2022, but meanwhile, possession proceedings have started.

Mr.Samarth Sagar, Addl.AG, Haryana accepts notices on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and waives service. Considering the nature of the matter, no reply is necessary. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. The Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak to take up the pending revision petition alongwith stay application on the next date of hearing. Till the decision of the stay application, there shall be stay of the dispossession of the petitioner.
