The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the petitioner and his family members from the harassment being caused by respondent No.6.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the concerned official respondent to examine the representation dated 14.09.2020 (Annexure P-2). Without adverting to the merits of the petitioner's allegations at this stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran-respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 14.09.2020 (Annexure P-2) and thereafter, to take SAVITA KADIAN 2020.09.25 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh
