(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner already stands arrested in the present case on 18.7.2022 i.e. in FIR No.55, dated 26.5.2022, Police Station Rangar Nangal, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, under Sections 341, 324, 323, 34 of Indian Penal Code, wherein offence under Section 326 IPC was added later on.
