HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.148 dated 27.07.2020 under Sections 420,306 IPC registered at P.S Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur.

Vide order dated 25.09.2020, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation. However, it was observed that the petitioner shall furnish immovable property owned by her or her husband and pledge the same in favour of the State by presenting herself before the Illaqa/Duty Magistrate and the pledge would continue till the completion of the trial and she would abide by the result thereof.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the order has since been complied with.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and her custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 25.09.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
