 It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that the marriage between the parties to the lis, had taken place on 07.04.2019, but no child was born from the said wedlock. However, on account of the matrimonial discord, the parties are residing separate. The applicant has already filed the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending in the Courts at Amritsar. The applicant is not having any source of earning.    Rather, the respondent is working in the Indian Army and is getting a salary of Rs.50,000/- per month. Considering the same, a prayer has been made for transfer of the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. In view of the aforesaid fact situation, considering the fact about the applicant having no independent source of earning and also considering the position of law about preference to be given to the convenience of the wife in the transfer applications relating to the matrimonial dispute, the transfer application is allowed and
