(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Gursharanjit Singh @ Gopi in case FIR No.175 dated 24.10.2015 registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 148, 149 IPC (office under Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at bar submits that in compliance of order dated 16.12.2019, petitioner appeared before the trial Court and has been bailed out. He has produced copy of e-status of case before the trial Court.

In view of above, nothing survives in this petition to be decided.

Disposed of accordingly.
