The petitioner's grievance is that gates have been put up on the internal roads and lanes of Sector 31, Gurgaon. The petitioner contends that the gates have been put up contrary to law and without the permission of the respondents. 4.

The petitioner has addressed a detailed letter/complaint in this regard to the Administrator, HUDA, dated 14.08.2015. 5.

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the complaint/grievances made by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.
