The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.81 dated 20.05.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 365 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short "IPC") registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot, whereas challan (Annexure P-2) has been presented under Sections 306, 342, 201 and 120-B IPC.

Custody certificate dated 25.11.2020 has been filed, which is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
