Vide order dated 06.02.2023 learned counsel for the petitioner had made a submission before the Coordinate Bench that the parties have entered into a compromise. However, he sought time to verify the fact and placing the same on record. Thereafter, on the next date, none had made appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, none had made appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

Seemingly, the compromise has been effected between the parities and the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

Hence, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
