(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 268, dated 27.11.2019, under Sections 336, 427, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station City Moga, District Moga. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 29th September, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Sukhwinder Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 29th September, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
