The petitioner No.2 is a minor, had approached this Court to seek protection of her life and liberty.

Vide order dated 03.07.2023, learned counsel for the petitioners had sought time to address arguments. However, today learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that despite best efforts, she could not contact the clients and prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.

Since, the minor is involved in the present case, the State is directed to look into representation (Annexure P-3) and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid directions.
